11 Steart Marshes - Common Toad Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Creativeowl: Out this evening checking on the caches in this loop but unfortunately many of the caches were past maintenance & needed archiving, so only a small number of caches remain. Unfortunately this cache is missing & I'm not in a position to replace cache so it is being archived.

Geocache Description:

The water quality of a Working Wetland can be measured by the abundance of plants and invertebrates that use it - the more diverse it is the better the quality of water. Good indicators include common darter, great silver diving beetle and common toad.

Please see 1 Steart Marshes - Common Reed (GC6RF9M) for full details.

Paths wheelchair accessible but help will be needed to retrieve the cache.

Please note that all caches have been placed with permission from WWT Steart Marshes and The Environment Agency.
