What does a politician and a turtle on a fence post have in common?
1. You know he/she didn't get there by himself/herself.
2. He/she clearly doesn't belong up there.
3. He/she doesn't have any idea of what to do now that he/she is up there.
4. You wonder who could have thought it was a good idea to put him/her there in the first place.
5. He/she is elevated beyond his/her ability to function.
Cache is rated high on the terrain attribute due to the area being flooded after it rains. You can see the cache from the road. You do not need to trespass to get the cache.
