Georgia on My Mind Traditional Cache

The Saddle River County Park Pathway is a beautiful trail that winds its way along the Saddle River for nearly 6 miles.  It's a lovely place to take your loved ones, especially the four legged ones, for a scenic nature hike in Northern New Jersey.  If you start at the Duck Pond in Ridgewood, this cache is located about 1/2 mile in.  There is an opening on the left side of the Pathway that leads you to a smooth stoned pebble beach, with easy access to the water.  Our cach is place near the offshoot that leads you down to the pebble beach.  It's where our beloved GiGi used to love to come and play near and sometimes in the Saddle River.  The cache should not be difficult to find, and since we live close, we plan on keeping it well stocked.  Bring your four legged family members and your children.  It's a great place to float toy boats also.  Enjoy.
