Hidden Gulch Traditional Cache

One more cache hidden in the hills above Ephrata.  Have been wanting to put a cache out in this area for a long time.  It's a daunting challenge to find all of the caches up there -- a lot of legwork, near constant moving up or down the hill. We've visited the area in every season of the year. This one is off the beaten path a little from the other caches. There are no bike paths down this gulch as there are on many other parts of the hillside.

These hillsides are full of challenging caches, about 35 of them at the time of submitting this cache.  This one will be farther W than most.  How to approach it?  Maybe from above if you're already up there searching for the higher caches.  Or come up from the road below that leads to the Perseids (GC3TK2E) cache and then follow the contours westward to make the elevation gain more gradual?

 It's a challenging walk, bring plenty of water and wear good hiking boots, cheat grass abounds. Shorts are not recommended. The cache is a small camo'd plastic jar.  It is hidden under a distinctive weathered sage root that sags down the hillside over a rock.  Please replace the cache exactly as found. Have fun!
