This cache is located in one of the man made wetlands in pakenham,  these wetland areas are created to help with the processing of storm water run off, and also act as a flood retarding basin. The picture gives you an idea of how the wetlands operate.

The cache is a 1 Litre Sistema,   Happy Hunting
