Geocache Description:

Vice Admiral (VADM)...3 Maple leafs on the epaulette and the sleeve sports a wide gold band topped by two thick gold stripes...the uppermost having the Naval swirl.

Not much to say here...never met a VADM in my career. However, most likely a highly skilled administrator who must be fully bilingual in French and English.

Update - Well, on 8 September 2016, 15 days after placing this cache, I did get to meet with VADM Lloyd and have a chat with him (and what we talked about was none of your business :)
