In the North of Lanzarote near Mirador del Rio you have a stunning view on Orzola to the south-east and La Graciosa to the north-west.
From the parking area it is a walk of 2.5 km to the cache. We recommend sturdy shoes.
Aufgrund einiger Hinweise auf die unmögliche Parksituation, die früher ganz einfach war, müssen wir reagieren. Die ursprünglich angegeben Parkkoordinaten sind nicht mehr gültig und scheinbar ist es unerwünscht, am Mirador zu parken, ohne das Gebäude (mit Eintrittsgeld) zu besichtigen. Wer unsere Caches suchen möchte, der parkt am besten bei N 29° 12.438' W 013° 28.896' (Danke an timotriisa und ICHTHYS1104 für die tolle Hilfe!). Es sind dadurch einfach ca. 500 m mehr zu gehen, aber glaubt uns, die Aussicht ist es wert!
We have had to respond to a number of comments about the impossible parking situation, which used to be quite simple. The parking coordinates originally given are no longer valid and apparently it is undesirable to park at the Mirador without visiting the building (with an entrance fee). If you want to search for our caches, it is best to park at N 29° 12.438‘ W 013° 28.896’ (thanks to timotriisa and ICHTHYS1104 for the great help!). It's just about 500 metres more to walk (one way), but believe us, the view is worth it!
