PLEASE note the cache is NOT at the listed coordinates. You need to follow the narrative story. It is ONLY Accessible with the rest of the series from the water side not the road side.
To reach the cache you follow the following adventure treasure Hunt: Arriving at the listed coordinates on the edge of the water walk up the wooden steps. Standing on the first platform underneath the last plank will be your surprise.
You can reach your hand through the the big gap between that level and the slightly higher level. Reach you hand back towards yourself underneath will be safely there.
