Temporary Vertigo
"Vertigo is when a person feels as if they or the objects around them are moving when they are not. Often it feels like a spinning or swaying movement. This may be associated with nausea, vomiting, sweating, or difficulties walking. It is typically worsened when the head is moved. Vertigo is the most common type of dizziness".
This is what Wikipedia says but should include something and everything that many geocachers experience, temporary vertigo going after a cache. It happens or they say it happens. Use your TOTT go after the cache. You may feel the same here. Take your medication a few days before coming out here. Better yet bring your TOTT. It shouldn't be too bad, I promise. You're looking for a small silver tin with room for just a log. !!!
