CACHE: Road right of way. Cover as found.
A cache placed for another one of my avid finders and one of our area's youngest cachers. Since he likes looking at the "stuff" inside, this one has "stuff".
The container is the old "All That Glitters" cache and the remaining contents, then I added more until it was full. That cache was archived and the CO never came to claim container, so it's being recycled. If it looks familiar, that's why.
