Poor Farm Cemetery or Paupers Cemetery
The county established Paupers Cemetery in 1902. The last burials were likely in the 1940s. Somewhere around 200 people are buried there.
The county established a poor fund in 1895, a Poor House in 1901, and the Paupers Cemetery in 1902. Remnants of the farm and cemetery remain for the interested. The Poor Farm was closed sometime in the early 1950s.
You will be looking for a small plastic container. BYOP. Parking across the street at entrance to cemetery.
