Geocache Description:

A really nice safe spot to view a major highway and watch the world go by.

Due to recent environmental changes in this area, the difficulty rating has been changed

A dead end circle area makes it easy to park. I would say it is a park and grab for sure. The cache is a small container with just a log sheet, so bring your own pen or pencil. You may also need tweezers or multitool to grasp the logsheet from container.
