Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the Bowmanville Apple Geoart (BAG) series. Difficulty ratings are for both the puzzles and the hides (although most of the hides are pretty straightforward) If you get really stuck, feel free to message the cache owner for a hint.

Residents of the globular star cluster M13 have arrived on earth. Using the syntax they received in earth’s last transmission, they have sent the coordinates of their present location. Can you decode it and you can make first contact!
