The coordinates above will bring you to downtown Lima where you will find three historic markers (2 on North and one on South sides of route 5/20, NOT on route 15a) commemorating the Lima bicentennial. There are nine years in total on the three markers. Add them together and add the total to both of the coordinates listed below to find the cache location which is a short drive away.
Cache latitude: 42 37.730 plus mystery number
Cache longitude: 77 18.957 plus mystery number
