Multi Drive Bys Multi-Cache

This cache is designed to be done by car. All the locations can be reached by car, with parking at or very close to the location. It can be done all in one go and should take about an hour with plenty of opportunities to take in views, other caches and local pubs. It can also be done over a period of time, with clues picked up as you do caches in their areas.

To find the final cache location, you will need to visit 7 places, the first place you visit will hold a laminated card with all the locations. You will need to visit all locations to collect the answers to the questions below to find the final cache at

The questions you will need to answer are:

Location 1

C - Subtract the 3rd digit from the 4^th.

F- Find what Century this was a hostelry from and then subtract 10.

Location 2

E – How many times does “you” appear?

D – How many points of the compass are shown?

Location 3 – find the phone number of this place

B – The sum of the last 2 numbers minus the sum of the first 2 numbers.

J – The number that there are 3 of.

Location 4 – Find the box’s number

K - If A=1 and Z=26, add the letters together. Then subtract the 2^nd number times the sum of the last 2 numbers.

L – The last number cubed.

Location 5 – Find the emergency number (NOT on the Green Box)

A – the 4^th number

H – Add the 1^st 4 numbers together and subtract the sum of the last 4 numbers.

Location 6 – find the phone number of this place

G – Add the 3^rd and 8^th number and take them away from the 7^th number

I – Add the last number and 2^nd number and subtract sum of 3^rd and 5^th numbers.

 M - Remove the area code, then with the remaining numbers, take the 1st number and subtract the rest
