nice short (apprx 1.8 km) family hike , as long as everyone wears the applicable footware , trail is mixed , gravel portions , boardwalk over the really wet areas , and typical forest trails with roots rocks ect. the back part of the trail is the best section as you will walk among 100 year old pine and hemlock
