9/11 Memorial placed on 15 year anniversary.

SOMEONE SEEMS TO HAVE WALKED AWAY WITH THIS CACHE BOX. I WILL REPLACE AND NOTIFY WHEN READY. This Cache is being placed on the 15th anniversaRy of the 9/11 attacks. It will contain a log for people to sign and fire, police, military, NYC, or other items in honor of those we lost.
