I walked by this location the other day, and it made me laugh. A perfect spot for a cache! As I made preparations to put it in place two separate people on two separate occasions asked me if it would be a puzzle. "Nope, just a regular old cache", I told them. The look of disappointment on their face was evident.
Ok, fine. Another puzzle it is! In the past 3 months only one new puzzle has been published in Rochester. Time for that to change. I declare puzzle season open!
This should be a nice easy one. The difficulty rating is more for the hide. A big thanks to mnboyscout for donating a container to this effort (but he made me paint it). Turns out his container didn't fit. No bother -- I came up with something different making it a wee bit tougher. Enjoy

| BE ADVISED!!! The city painted over the "graffiti" tag that made this cache what it was. There was a tiny painting of the puzzle subject matter at GZ marking the location of the hide. Because that's gone the hide is significantly tougher. To make it easier stay on the south side of bridge - 10th post of the overhead structure from the west. Good luck! |
