About the Container
You are looking for a small green plastic box. As always, if you're not sure what to do please experiment gently. Lift up on the container slightly to remove it from its hanger. There is room for small travel bugs and trade items. Please bring your own pen.
About the Location
This is an easy location at the edge of a parking lot without much traffic. You should be able to find it reliably in any kind of weather. Some stealth may be required. If there are muggles, you can stand and read the park signs until you have a chance to make the grab. As always, should you be caught, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your actions.
About the Spy Gear
In the TV show Phineas and Ferb, Perry the Platypus flew a platypus-shaped hover jet. In one episode, Phineas and Ferb took off in the hover jet, which was a particular problem for the Agency Without a Cool Acronym because the situation wasn't covered by their hover jet insurance.
