62 Cache a Star:when You Wish Upon a Star-Text SONG WRITERS were Leigh Harline and Ned Washington. In 1940 this was a Walt Disney adaptation of Pinocchio. It was recorded by Cliff Edwards who also recorded another version in that same year. This won the 1940 Academy Award for Best Original Song. In addition, it was also the first Disney song to win an Oscar. When You Wish Upon a Star was ranked 7th in the list of 100 Greatest Songs in Film History by the American Film Institute. The song is now a Christmas song in Japan, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. Louis Armstrong, Glenn Miller and many others have performed it. If park and grabs along a power geo-trail are not your thing, please stop reading and simply walk-away. Otherwise enjoy and don’t destroy (GZ). If you start at 99 and do them in descending order (just like the song), then all caches will be on the right side (with the exception of 1). Please be respectful of the area at ground zero. All caches are hidden in the right-of-way. Except for the guard rail hides, all caches are found on the ground. Safety should be your #1 concern when pulling off and on during this 100 power geo-trail. You could also bike this cache run or park your car in spots and hike to a bunch etc. 1st power run TAMI (Take And Move it ~ switched to Today's Ahh Milestone). 2nd power run MOM (Mugs of Milk). 3rd power run CoC (Chunks of Cheese). 4th power run Pony Express (PE). 5th power run Cache a Star. Feel free to time yourself and record in your log for #99 how long it took you. We don't mind cut and paste logs.
