Pilana je na istome mjestu više od 80 godina i vodi ju ista obitelj već treću generaciju. Na interesantnome mjestu je, u ravnici izmedju sela Guščerovec i Sv.Petar Orehovec. Nedaleko od pilane donedavno je bilo i veliko sajmište gdje su se održavali stočni sajmovi. I danas su još vidljivi ostaci stočnih vaga i ostaci krovnih konstrukcija od sajmišnih hala. Još uvijek svjedoće o vremenima koja je pregazila moderna tehnologija.

The sawmill is in the same location for more than 80 years and is run by the same family for three generations. It is located in the plain between Guščerovec and St. Peter Orehovec and serves much larger area than those two villages. In vicinity of the sawmill used to be the great fairground where cattle fairs were kept. There are still visible the remains of the livestock scales and the remains of the roof structure of the hangars. They tell to us about the times that were ran over by modern technologies.
