This can be done as a park and grab and there's a handy 'bay' in the otherwise narrow road nearby. The area is very exposed and muggles can, and do, park here for a bit before moving on. Most of the time there is nobody to be seen otherwise this cache would not have been placed here. It's not intended to be a stealth exercise.
The cache is a micro-sized "Bison Tube". It has a log obviously but you will need to BYOP (it used to have a tiny pencil but someone evidently did not put it back). Bring a jacket if it's not a totally still day! The cliff is a moderate distance away but keep a close eye on any children with you.
If you carry on along the road you'll get to Onehunga Bay and lots more caches!
