Mejiro-dori ave.(目白通り交差点) Traditional Cache

The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen's Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

特例都道442号線は、弁天通りから急に狭くなり、西武線のガードをくぐって、消防署の前で、千川通りと交差。さらに、ここで都道8号目白通りと交差し、さらに南下して、環７に接続しています。
ここから西に見えるのが、練馬区役所です。西庁舎地下1階に職員食堂が、本庁舎最上階には展望レストランがありますので、ぜひ一度訪れてみてください。
