This may be quick, or take a while, you should be able to rule out some obvious choices on this field puzzle... This one is tethered to keep it from walking off & has a lock to prevent muggles from stealing the inside. The code for the outer lock is 539 (KEY if you were looking at an old keypad).

Yes, you may have seen this in a previous incarnation, construction forced a move. But hey, new name, new location, so a new smiley!! Make sure to replace back as found, ALL RE-LOCKED UP so the next finder has the same fun. (fun? or frustration? Ha!) Make sure to lock the outer lock by pushing the curved part back in & spinning the dials to keep locked. Cache is great for kids who like to run & pets. There is a path nearly to the cache & it is not in the rocks. There is a cattle guard to go over or around. Parking at waypoint, DO NOT approach any other way as all land is privately owned & there are some pretty big longhorns in the surrounding fields. Park is open 5am-11pm, only available during open hours.
Congrats to 30s2m for FTF! That was quick! 6/10/2020: Replaced box with better one. I keep finding outer box unlocked, muggles steal& destroy stuff. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RELOCK & TUCK BACK BEHIND THE POLE!!!
