Hawthorne Heights Park Traditional Cache

Another of Port Colborne's Parks.  This quiet park is tucked away at the north end of the city.  Until I was looking for a place to hide a cache I had no idea this park even existed. My grandson and I walked the perimeter scooping out the possibilities.  We pick up some trash and returned to my van to select an appropriate container.  

The quiet park has a couple of picnic tables as well as some playground equipment.  There are many trees providing adequate shade for a hot day.  Take the time to enjoy this park while you search for the cache.
