I often wonder where people call up the inspiration for their puzzles from. This one, believe it or not, came to me while on a trip to London to go on a tour of Buckingham Palace (only visited a few of the 775 rooms though and didn't see the Queen 
). Just hope I'm not committing treason by mentioning the Queen in the same breathe as STD's!
