The Oculus is a complex device used by the Time Masters to predict and manipulate the timeline of the known Universe --- for millenia forward and millenia past.
The Oculus itself is hidden deep inside the Oculus Wellspring.
The Cache
This is a letterbox hybrid cache. The box is not at the published coordinates... but it is close-by.
Follow the instructions below to locate GZ.
Letterbox Instructions
1. Start at the published coordinates in the middle of the "Oculus Wellspring"...

--- Note: you are in a very busy but small urban park.
2. At this point you are within a 20-metre radius of GZ
3. Within this radius are a number of well-spaced-out trees - the cache is hidden in one of them --- 20 feet up.
4. Decide which tree is the correct one - the spoiler photo might be useful here.
5. Watch that first step - it's a bit tricky
6. Make your way up the tree and sign the logsheet

Logging
The usual 'rules' apply...... GZ is located UP IN THE TREE (not at the base of it), so to log a 'Found It' you must physically reach GZ and sign the logsheet. "I saw it" or "My friend signed it for me" is not enough to earn a smiley! If you stay on the grass to support/encourage or to take photos, please be honest and log a 'Write note'. Logs will be deleted for dishonest Finds.
