Geocache Description:

Come down to where Troy's City Hall once stood and grab yourself a smiley!

If you're standing at the GZ and looking south, you may notice a crater of sorts. This was the location of Troy's City Hall from the 1970's to 2011, an example of the Brutalist style of architecture. Many didn't like it, but I would argue that it looked better than what's currently there.

If you would like to read a very informative article on the history of Troy's city halls, I would recommend this article.
