Geocache Description:

Archer Vly is a 2,000 acre outdoor recreation Conservation Easement located in the town of Greenfield on Route 12 (Lake Desolation Road). The 22 acre lake offers fishing for pickerel, bass and panfish with easy access by hand-launched boats. A trail follows both sides of the lake, but does not encompass the whole lake at this time. Several campsites are available for use and hunting is allowed.
