Currently, the way to walk the waste line traces to Kumanotaira Station trace from Yokogawa Station has been developed.
Kumanotaira Station trace is the last stop point.

approach to this point
1) In the case of train Please walk the road of Apt from Yokogawa Station. And, it is recommended that you go back to Yokogawa Station.
There is a bus stop in Kumanotaira parking lot, but the only day of the part of the tourist season has runs only once.
2) In the case of motor vehicles, it is recommended parking grounds walk of Kumanotaira.
熊ノ平駅は、旧信越本線にあった駅です。
旧信越本線の、横川駅と軽井沢駅が長野新幹線（北陸新幹線）の開業によって廃線になったときにその役割を終えました。
現在、横川駅から熊ノ平駅跡までは、廃線跡を歩く道が整備されています。
その終着地点です。
キャッシュは駅のホームがあった場所に設置しました。
キャッシュの近くには石碑が建っていますが、地震の影響で一部破損したことから、鉄道のレールを使った補強がされています。
非常に珍しいので是非ご覧ください。

※この地点へのアプローチ
１）電車の場合は横川駅からアプトの道を歩いてください。そして、横川駅に戻ることをお勧めします。
熊ノ平駐車場にバス停がありますが、観光シーズンの一部の日のみ一回のみ運行しています。
２）自動車の場合は、熊ノ平の駐車場がらの徒歩がおすすめです。
