Having retrieved a waterproof preform cache for BG_YO, who suggested we use it to place a new cache, we decided to use it here in the Cortland Water Works. Friends of ours were excited to hear we were enjoying geocaching. They had placed a cache in this area in 2006 but it had been archived due to annual flooding. They asked us to place a new cache here so we present Waterfowl #2!
This is a flat, short walk from your car for three of four seasons. In the winter this might be more of a difficult find depending on the amount of snow in Cortland.
This is a wonderful place to explore and feed the waterfowl (and deer).
