This event will run from 20:00 until 22:00 and is to show the finalists in this years Geocaching International Film Festival. It will also contain one film by Geocaching HQ. I will be setting up a projector and a 100 inch screen for your viewing pleasure, and films will start at 20:45 prompt. I have selected a delightful public house in West Bridgford, Nottingham called Poppy and Pint. It has a big car park, is easy to get to and has a lovely function room and bar that we will have the use of. They also do food if you are peckish :)
Before the film showing, Ive given us 45 minutes for the usual trackables, swapables and geochat!
I wont be charging an attendance fee but there is a room to pay for so any donations to help cover the cost will be gratefully received. Should your donations exceed the hire of the room (45 pounds), I will give the rest to a charity!
