Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are NOT where the cache is placed!

When we first started geocaching, we always said it wasn't the numbers, but rather the hike.  Geocaches that involve hiking are our favorite!

This is your chance to hike along the Big Creek and see nature at its finest!  If you are quiet, you may see a lot of ducks and deer.  We have seen Great Blue Herons, American Mink, and Great Grey Owls along this trail.

To find this cache, you need to collect some information... very easy!  Counting the number of benches that sit along the Hike ONLY trail.  The trailhead waypoint will take you to a bike barricade (NO bikes allowed).  From there you need to follow the asphalt trail counting the number of benches you pass on the way.  Do NOT stray off the trail to count the benches that lead up to the Greenbier Park.  Count only those on the Hike ONLY trail.  When you reach the other bike barricade, you are finished counting.  Do NOT count any benches on the Multi-purpose trail.

Now that you have this golden number, that is "A."  To find the geocache you want to be at N41 23.4A6  W081 46.205.

As I said, very easy.

The hard part is the walking.... it's approximately a 2 1/2 mile round trip.  There is really no way to "cut" the distance or park any closer.
