In true Tracker JACS style, I just couldn't resist turning this into a quick little Multi, instead of just making it a traditional cache.
Go to the Posted coordinates. I have been to this Park many times, but only recently did I walk to this corner of the Park and realize what a nice group picnic area was here.
From the Posted coords, you will be able to gather the numbers needed to figure out the final West coordinates. The North coordinates for the final are the same as the posted coords, so technically you could just check EVERY spot in Waite Park at that latitude, but that would certainly take MUCH longer than just plugging in these numbers:
