I walked past the second waypoint of this cache recently, commemorating an event which started in Penrith and ended up here. I'd never seen anything around Penrith to indicate where the starting point had been. So I did a little research, found a probable spot, and paid it a visit. As we parked, we saw a large sculpture which looked like it had to have been inspired by this event. A short walk, and we found some information plaques about the event.
You will need to visit the listed coordinates (waypoint 1) to answer a few questions to get the coordinates for WP2. At WP2 you will need to answer a second set of questions to get the coordinates for the final location. There is a fair distance between the two waypoints, but the final location is close to WP2.
WP2 is at South 33 AB.CDE East 150 FG.HJK
A: On the plaque headed ‘Belmore Park’, the number of letters in the last word of the first paragraph.
B: There is an image on the plaque with three lines of writing. Number of letters in the first line of writing.
C: The person who offered land at Belmore Park to be used after the 1909 meeting had how many letters in his first name?
D: The first line of the paragraph starting with the words ‘This site’ has how many words in it? Include the two words I’ve already given you.
E: There is an eight digit number in the library citation at the bottom of the plaque. xxxExxxx
F: The estate was subdivided in 18F1.

K: Back to that eight digit number – xxxxxxxK
You can use the checker to confirm that you have calculated WP2 correctly.
