Cache is not at the posted cordinates. You must solve the puzzle to obtain the info needed to find the cache.

Is it just me or does there seem to be alot of traffic on the roads today. Just tying to get to work for the afternoon shift and i would get stuck in traffic at least three time per week. Maybe i need to consider changing my starting time from 3 o'clock to 10 o'clock. By making this change i should see some results and get some relief.
So if you find yourself stuck in traffic maybe this puzzle will give you something to think about
