The Cache in placed a little ways up the Days Fork Trail in Spruces Campground. It does cost $8.00 to drive and park in the campground. Spruces does have a lot of nice picnic areas if you want to make an afternoon out of it and to make it worth the cost. If you don’t want to pay you can just park on the Big Cottonwood Rd and walk in the campground for free. The cache in only 0.3 miles from the main road so parking out on the road is just fine.
The Trailhead is located up the lower west loop in the parking lot for group site 1. The cache is around 0.1 miles up the trail so it is a quick grab. But I do highly recommend hiking the whole trail. It is 7.1 miles up and back. The trail is usually pretty quiet compared to the other over populated trails in the area.
The cache is in an ammo container and is wedding themed with lots of fun loot. It is family friendly and would great grab for anyone attending a wedding or for the wedding party itself.
