Stellenbosch River Hotel
Welcome to the Stellenbosch River, one of the most special and beautiful places to us. Every moment shared here is a complete privilege. Trust you are able to soak up and enjoy as much of the tranquillity and beauty you can and that is the most important thing about all our caches in nature.

There are numerous ways to get to the cache. The most recommended way is following the waypoints. Although we have never seen the gate for cars closed there is a sign that says it closes at 16:30. It seems to be an old sign. We have seen it open at sunset each time but just be aware of it.

PLEASE note the cache is NOT at the listed coordinates. You need to follow the narrative story. To reach the cache you follow the following adventure treasure Hunt: Arriving at the listed coordinates you will be amungst some trees. At the base of one of the trees very well blended into its environment will be your surprise.

Please do not leave anything visible in the car and put everything in the boot or truck of car just for safety sake to be cautious.

Please treat the environment carefully looking after nature and the vegetation carefully. Try not trample any vegetation.

Before leaving you can walk down the slope a little and get a closer look at the river and hear the stunning sound of running water even more. Enjoy the Adventure, Tranquility and Nature. We trust that it has been really lovely here

PLEASE Preserve and do NOT remove the Letterbox stamp kit with a stamp and ink pad in a zip lock bag in the cache. Please ensure the ink pad is properly sealed closed so the ink does not dry so the following cachers can enjoy it just as much. Thanks very much.

If you follow the waypoints you will arrive at the cache hotel. Recommended After Sunrise and before sunset Everyday including weekends.
