This one requires you to cross a road (there is a crosswalk) and stand while all the cars pass by. Try not to get hit. This one is not a simple park and grab, even though it is a simple grab once your at the location. I've left a custom FTF item made by me attached to it between the magnet and the cache, hope you like it. Hint will give it away as due to its location, I do not want anyone to get hit by a car if it comes up missing trying to find it.
