Thought that this lovely playground could be a good spot for my first cache. It is a wonderful spot for kids and families.
The Levin Adventure Park is run by a charitable trust and serves as a meeting place for families and visitors to the Horowhenua. It's an awesome place for the very young to the young at heart.
The smokefree park is open seven days a week, 365 days a year.
It has a pre-school playground, confidence course, flying fox, dog exercise area, new workout area, basketball court, volleyball area, paraplegic access, and swings too.
There is a kiosk which provides free hot water for tea and coffee making, a microwave, tables and chairs. Barbecues are also available free of charge too.
The train is a major attraction and during the weekends it can be seen packed with children enjoying their rides. The drivers and their assistants are all volunteers and do an amazing job.
This cache is a magnetic micro. You will need your own writing equipment and tweasers or other aid.
