Geocache Description:


The Randy Brown Memorial Church was built in the 1960's. The purpose of this tiny little "church" was to try to help the community and family deal with the tragic loss of a seven year old friend and neighbor to a terminal kidney disease. Local children contributed 28 cents each (the cost of one block) to be able to participate in the construction of the memorial (which is big enough to hold about 12 people inside).

Nice short walk to the cache.  Be respectful and enjoy the little park.
