Halloween is a celebration on the night of October 31st. It is most practiced in the United States and Canada. Children wear costumes and go to people's homes saying "trick or treat!" to ask for candy, and people give it to them. Children are often dressed up in ghosts, witches, or other modern costumes for Halloween.

Friday, October 28th, 2016
Halmich Park, 3001 E. 13 Mile Road, Warren, MI 48092
6:30PM - 9PM
The schedule for the event is as follows:
6:30pm - 7:30pm: Meet and Greet with the other event attendees. Donuts and cold cider will be provided. GPS units, along with .gpx files for our smartphone cachers, will be provided towards the end of this period. (A wise idea would be to leave as soon as your GPS/smartphone is loaded to avoid congestion at each cache. Also, carpooling is recommended, but not required.)
7:30pm - 9pm+: search for the Halloween-themed caches hidden by myself and other cachers. All cachers are able to claim FTF on all of the caches released for this event! After you are finished, you can either head back to Halmich Park to return people to their vehicles, or you can head home and enjoy the beginning of the weekend.
NOTICE: once everybody has left the pavilion in search of the new caches, I myself will be leaving in search of the new caches, so if there is anything that is left behind, I will take it with me and we can meet up at another event so I can return it to you.
