This is in Brierley Forest Park in Stanton Hill Sutton-in-Ashfield.
This is a cach where you can trade, so remember to bring a small toy and select one of ours to take in it's place.
Brierley Forest Park was officially opened in May 1994.
Originally a former colliery site, Brierley Forest Park has been transformed into a wildlife haven with nature walks covering over two miles. The Park also provides recreation facilities including a football pitch and children’s play area, a sculpture trail, areas of local historical interest, as well as a visitor centre.
The centre offers refreshments, exhibitions and information. Regular guided walks and events are organised, and schools are encouraged to use the park as an outdoor classroom for nature studies.
Wildflower meadows have been sown with native species such as yarrow and ox-eye daisy, and wetland areas created.
