This is a challenge cache. You can find more information about this issue here. To log this cache online, you only have to fulfill a simple and classic condition (as we do, no bingo, yet):
Fill your whole D/T-81-Matrix at least 7 times
If you fulfill the condition, you can find the cache at a pretty moderate height straight at the listing coordinates. The Final is very good accessible along the A17 exit "Heidenau", with only a little walk. To get to the cache, e.g. a telescopic ladder should be enough. It's a fast one especially for transit passengers, and - of course - anyone who would like to accept this offer as a challenge.
