This cache was placed alongside the Beijing-Hangzhou Grant Canal separating the Wulin Square and the West Lake Culture Square, the most prosperous area in Hangzhou.
You will see an immense bronze wall carving near the GZ. And the cache was a magnetic container deploying above the wall carving in plain view. So I think it may not difficult to find ;)
Be stealth while fetching the cache, going upstairs is recommended to put the cache back.
