If you want to head up to the radio tower for a good hike, take the trail to the right at this location. When the paths split up ahead, I find the backside trail (left) is more defined and easier to follow, but most of the trails will get you to the top eventually.To access the Thompson Property, now owned by the Nature Trust, you can park at the end of 6th Ave off Eastside Rd. The former access point, at the end of Peachcliff Rd, is now being developed with housing and is no longer available. It looks like a long hike from the bottom, but it takes less than an hour to get right to the top.
