Go to Posted Coordinates and Look at the Sign, in the lower left corner there is a 4 digit year ABCD, Solve for: North coordinates......ABCD+140= EFGH West coordinates........ABCD+974=WXYZ
Final Location is: N 41° 4E.FGH ........... W 90° 3W.XYZ
The Final should be an easy find.
