Geocache Description:

You are looking for a small geocache container covered in camouflage. Contains logbook and pencil.


This is our son's first geocache and he is so excited to have people find and log it.

He placed the cache in a park with a recently restored perennial stream.  Stormwater runoff from up the hill flows into a series of shallow pools where native vegetation treats the water before it continues towards Rock Creek.  For more information about this urban project to clean and slow stormwater overflow into Rock Creek visit The Forest Hills Connection website here:   (visit link)

The cache is located a bit off the walking path that follows the stream.  The path is a popular for dog walkers.
