Talking to some of the families in the area I was told this little side road was used for bush parties. Long before the houses that are along this road now.
There is a tire biting dog that likes to run out on the road at the north entrance. So coming and leaving from the south is best. There is a pull out just north of the cache location.
For this cache please don't try to force it open. Everything is glued shut and there is only one way to open it. Line up the green dots and start from there. Line up the green dots when placing the plug back in and only push it until its flush. When putting the container back together green dot follows white line.
