The cache is next to "the old river", which is a backwater of the river Loddon. The Loddon splits into 2 upstream of Twyford, which made the river small enough to cross via fords. This meant the village was a strategic way point for travellers. Twyford gets its names from the old english for 2 fords.
The cache is a small cylindrical container with a blue lid. It contains a log book, pencil and a few swaps.
Please be careful not to drop it in the river !
